The cuisine will include all regional delicacies from Greater Bangkok area (central), the North, the South to the Northeast otherwise known as “Esaan”. Each visit to Fern Thai you will essentially embark on a culinary journey just as you would when you visit Thailand. We not only handpick top notch quality ingredients typically used in each traditional dish but we also honor the historical background and pay homage to its cultural roots in our display and preparation of all dishes in the most creative and unique way.

All of our recipes have been passed down from previous generations and we proudly continue to practice the same cooking methods that would otherwise be forgotten.
